Kristen Anne Bell was born in 1980. She's a singer/actress from the USA. Bell is a Michigan native born and fostered by her parents, Lorelei Frygier (a nurse) and Tom Bell (a TV news director). Her ancestry is Polish (mother) and German, English, Irish and Scottish (father). Kristen discovered a passion to perform on a young stage. She was just 12 when she went to her first audition. She was successful and got an appearance in Raggedy Ann and Andy. Bell aged 13 when her mom signed to become an agent was also cast in TV and newspaper advertisements. Now, Bell also begins classes in acting for herself. Bell appeared in Polish Wedding (2000) in 1998, as an uncredited actress. Bell participated in the drama and music club of Shrine Catholic High School. The Wizard of Oz production at her highschool won Bell the starring Dorothy role. After graduating, Bell moved to New York City to attend prestigious Tisch School of the Arts, where she was a musical theater student. Bell left the university in 2001, and began taking on the role of Becky in the film Tom Sawyer. The same year she appeared in Pootie Tang, but the scene where she played the role was removed. In the end, the credit sequence is all that exists. Bell made an appearance together with Angela Bettis and Liam Neeson in 2002's Broadway revival of The Crucible.
